Ongerup Primary School is a government primary school established on Goreng-Noongar country in the southern wheatbelt of Western Australia catering for children from Kindergarten to Year 6.
At Ongerup Primary School our vision is to nurture young minds to become compassionate, respectful, and resilient individuals who embrace learning with a can-do attitude. Our school envisions a future where our students are well prepared to positively contribute to their local communities and the world.

Acknowledgement of Country
We respectfully acknowledge the past and present traditional custodians of this land on which we meet, the Goreng people. It is a privilege to be teaching and learning on Goreng-Noongar country. We also acknowledge the contributions of all Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal Australians to the education of all children and people in this country we all live in and share together, particularly in this place, Ongerup, place of the kangaroo.
